Steve Coppola - Vice President, User Experience

As iStudio's Creative Director and VP of User Experience, Steve leads the creative team in both large- and small-scale projects and is responsible for establishing and managing the creative direction for all projects. Steve holds over twelve years of experience in user interface design, information architecture and project management, consistently creating innovative, high-quality online and CD-ROM-based products for his clients.

Steve also leads iStudio’s usability practice group, and ensures the application of best practices in
usability, design and testing for iStudio’s clients. He participates in the development of client-specific
testing processes, including user needs analysis, site map walk-throughs, confirmation testing, beta
testing and focus groups.

His diverse client list includes Microsoft, Xerox, Zurich Financial, Trimark Investments, Paramount, Fox, Fairmont Hotels + Resorts, Inco Ltd., Royal Bank, TD Bank, CIBC, Interac, Canadian National Railway, ATI Technologies, Industry Canada and The Department of National Defence.

Professional Qualifications:
Steve graduated from Algonquin College with a Creative Advertising Diploma. He has expert proficiency in a full suite of design, Internet, audio/video, 3D and desktop publishing software tools, including the Adobe, Macromedia, Corel, and MicroSoft suites of products. He is also skilled in HTML, Flash, ActionScript, DHTML and Lingo.
